Our engineers are in India, and work remotely. 

In only a handful of cases have our client-partners felt it necessary to bring our engineers for on-site work. We are able to organize their travel arrangements upon request, but you must cover all associated costs.

We strive to provide our client-partners with the most outstanding talent. To do this, we take up to four (4) weeks to rigorously train each engineer before adding them to your talent pool. Although it’s essential to act quickly and meet your requests, quality always outweighs speed - thus, no matter how impressive an engineer may appear to us, they’ll never be recommended until we’re fully confident in their abilities.

Certainly! You have the option to hire a TeamEpic engineer as a full-time member of your company after they have worked with you for a period of 9 months. At the time of transitioning to a full-time role, a one-time conversion fee will be applicable.

You, our client-partner, are our greatest business focus. TeamEpic is clearly a provider of talent, don't procure any intellectual property rights. Our Contracts and NDAs assure that any work accomplished by a TeamEpic engineer belongs solely to our clients and not us.

TeamEpic enters into a talent agreement with each engineer employed with us. This arrangement grants us exclusive ownership of the work created by the engineer you, in turn, engage with. We will then provide the intellectual property to you under our client-partner agreement. In the event that you would like direct IP transfer from our consultant, we will work with you to fulfil your requirements.

Our pricing is transparent: flat US$1,500 per month for each engineer at the start of each month, with Net10 terms.

Start with a 15-day trial by placing a US$500 deposit. This deposit is a mutual commitment token, ensuring serious engagement from both sides to quality and satisfaction..

If you're not satisfied during the trial, the deposit is fully refundable - you owe nothing.

Continue with our services, and we credit this amount towards your first month's invoice, making the trial essentially free.
